Paul has been involved in Local Government for over 30 years and a councillor for 22 years. His experience emphasises collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring that community voices are central to decision-making processes. 

Paul brings a strong academic background to his role, having lectured on International Politics and Defence at the Open University. His expertise in strategic planning has made him a trusted advisor on major projects, guiding initiatives that balance innovation with community priorities.
